We had one day in Helsinki, and it poured with rain all day. The tramways department has a leaflet advertising the 3T tram route as a tourist route: it is a circular run that goes close to most tourist attractions. In spite of the rain, we set off to the tramway museum. However, the museum turned out to be closed until September.
